起士蛋糕(baked n non-baked)+seafood lasagna
起司蛋糕-烤材料: 消化饼干 (苏打饼也可以)130克
牛油 50克
奶油起士(在室温下) 500克
酸奶油 3/4 杯
糖 140克
柠檬汁 1大匙
蛋 2粒
作法:
1。 饼干装在1个袋子里,以杆面棍杆碎。圆形模中铺烤纸。
2。 饼干和牛油拌匀后加入模型底部,用1个平底的玻璃杯压密实,冷藏30分钟。
3。 奶油起士用搅拌机打成糊状。加入酸奶油、糖、柠檬汁及蛋,继续打到均匀光滑。
4。 拌好的起士糊倒入有饼干做底的模型中,放在倒了1杯水的烤盘上。置入预热烤箱 160 'C/ 325 'F, 烤80分钟或呈金黄色。 烤好的蛋糕连同模型一起待凉后,将蛋糕取出置入冰箱冷藏一晚,即可盛出。

seafood lasagna
INGREDIENTS
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
12 ounces cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 pound scallops
1/2 pound flounder fillets
1/2 shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
2. Saute onion in the butter or margarine. Combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, basil, salt, pepper, egg, and sauteed onion. Set aside.
3. Combine the mushroom soup, milk, and garlic. Stir in the white wine , bay scallops, flounder fillets, and shrimp. Set aside.
4. Assemble ingredients in a greased lasagna pan as follows: a thin layer of seafood sauce, 1/5 noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/5 noodles, 1/2 seafood mixture, 1/5 noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/5 noodles, 1/2 seafood mixture, and remaining noodles. Place mozzarella cheese and Parmesan on the top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven, and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
不用烤的起司蛋糕
材料有:
cream cheese 500g
蛋黃 2個
煉奶 4湯匙
吉力丁片4片(gelatin) (約8g)
牛油餅乾(消化饼干+牛油) 150g
做法:
1先把餅乾敲碎後舖到模子裡用鐵湯匙壓緊,冰到冰箱待用(模子要舖烤盤紙喔)
2把除了吉力丁之外的材料用打蛋器打勻
3吉力丁泡冷水軟化後,加4湯匙水用微波爐加熱10~15秒溶化(或者隔热水煮溶)
4加到起司糊裡拌勻
5倒到模子裡放冰箱冰3小時就好囉
*要用搅拌器哦。。不然会不滑。。
**最少要冰2个小时以上。当然冰隔天会更好吃。
